Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use Push.

General wellness only

Push is a general wellness feature. It is not a medical device, does not provide a diagnosis, and is not a substitute for the professional medical judgment of a qualified healthcare provider. Push does not account for existing conditions or medications you may have or take. Do not use Push to make medical decisions or in an emergency.

Your score

Recovery scores, stress estimates, biological age estimates, and related guidance are calculated from available Apple Health data and personal baselines. They may be incomplete or inaccurate when data is missing, delayed, or affected by device use. You remain responsible for decisions about exercise, rest, and health.

Requirements and permissions

Push requires a compatible iPhone and Apple Watch, supported system software, and permission to read relevant Apple Health data. Some features may be unavailable when a device or sensor does not provide a particular signal.

License and acceptable use

Suvy LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Push in accordance with Apple’s App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. These terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of Push and governs matters, including dispute resolution, that these terms do not address.

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that Push will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every future device or operating-system version.

Free, with an optional tip jar

Every feature in Push is available free of charge. Push has no account system, no subscription, and no paid feature, and no feature, content, or status is ever unlocked by payment.

Push offers an optional Tip Jar: one-time tips, sold as consumable in-app purchases through Apple. A tip is a voluntary gift to support development. It unlocks nothing and changes nothing in the app, and there is nothing to restore. Tips are purchased, billed, and refunded by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

On-device AI

Push's Coach feature uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework (Apple Intelligence), which runs entirely on your iPhone. Coach has no network connection, so no health data, question you type, or answer Coach writes is ever transmitted to Suvy LLC, to Apple, or to any other company or server. Coach does not use, and Push does not integrate with, any third-party AI service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suvy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use Push. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
