On your wrist

Your score, right where you need it.

Push turns the night your watch already recorded into one clear number and one useful word. Open the Watch app or glance at your complication before you decide how hard to go.

Your iPhone does the work. Your Watch keeps the answer close.

Compared to you

Your baseline.
Not a population average.

A 40 ms HRV night can be ordinary for one person and unusual for another. Push learns your own recent range, keeps tonight out of its baseline, and shows exactly which signals moved your score.

What Push reads from Apple Health

Heart Rate VariabilityThe clearest signal of how recovered your nervous system is.
Resting Heart RateA slow, steady rise can mean your body is still working overtime.
Sleep StagesDuration, efficiency, and how much deep and REM sleep you actually got.
Respiratory RateOvernight breathing patterns and disturbances.
Blood OxygenSpO2 readings your Apple Watch records overnight, when available.
Active Energy & WorkoutsYesterday's training load, factored in as strain.
Walking HR & RecoveryHow quickly your heart rate settles after effort.

Push blends these into one score, comparing each with your own recent nights.

More than one number

The details behind how you feel.

Start with one clear score. Go deeper when you want to understand the night, the day, or the trend that shaped it.

Sleep

Duration, efficiency, stages, and timing, judged against your own nights, with an optional sleep goal.

Strain

Workouts and active energy translated into training load, then compared with your normal day.

Stress

A private daytime wellness curve derived from heart rate and HRV, with gaps left honest.

Heart

HRV, resting heart rate, walking heart rate, heart-rate recovery, and cardio fitness in context.

Biological Age

An explained wellness estimate from fitness, heart rate, sleep, and walking speed, not a clinical result.

Movement

Steps, energy, exercise, distance, and workouts, with daily goals set from your own days or by you.

All your Vitals

Health data, organized like a story, not a spreadsheet.

Push charts the metrics your devices already record and leaves categories with no data out of the way.

FAQ

The useful details.

What does Push use to calculate my score?

Heart rate variability, sleep, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen when your watch records it, all read from the Health app overnight. Wrist temperature is shown but never scored. Read more

Is my score compared with other people?

No. Every signal is compared with your own recent nights, 14 by default. Push needs seven nights before your first score, and you can explore with sample data meanwhile. Read more

Does my health data leave my iPhone?

No. Push has no account, analytics, ads, server, or network code. Your health data is worked out on your iPhone and never uploaded. Read more

Which Apple Watch do I need?

Any Apple Watch on watchOS 10 or later, worn to bed, with an iPhone on iOS 18 or later. The watch app and complications show your score; your iPhone works it out. Read more

What if my Apple Watch does not record every signal?

Missing signals are never treated as zero. Push scores with the signals that were recorded that night. Read more

Can my score change during the day?

Your morning score is the most it will be today. Training above your normal lowers it through the day. A rest day costs nothing, and one hard day can't wipe out a good morning. Read more

Can I set my own goals?

Yes. Push sets automatic goals from your own recent days for sleep and nine activity metrics, and you can set any of them yourself. Goals never change your Recovery Score. Read more

Does Push compare my sleep stages?

Yes. Deep, REM, Core, and Awake are each compared with your own recent nights, and marked usual, above usual, or below usual. Read more

Is Push free?

Yes. Every feature is free, with no subscription and nothing locked. An optional Tip Jar offers one-time tips from $1 to $20 in the US; a tip unlocks nothing. Read more

Is Push a medical app?

No. Push is a general wellness feature, not a substitute for professional medical judgment, does not account for existing conditions or medications. Read more
