Questions

What is the Recovery Score?

One number from 0 to 100 each morning, from heart rate variability, sleep, resting heart rate, respiratory rate and blood oxygen, each compared with your own recent nights. See How the score works.

Is my score compared with other people?

No. Every signal is compared with your own recent nights, 14 by default.

How long until my first score?

Seven nights. Meanwhile you can explore with sample data.

Which Apple Watch do I need?

Any watch on watchOS 10 or later, worn overnight, with an iPhone on iOS 18 or later. See What you need.

Why did my score drop during the day?

The morning score is a ceiling. Training above your normal lowers it through the day, a rest day costs nothing, and one hard day can't wipe out a good morning. See Changes during the day.

Does my sleep goal change my score?

No. Neither do activity goals. See Sleep goal.

Does my data leave my iPhone?

No. Push has no account, no server and no network code. See Privacy and your data.

Is Push free?

Yes, every feature. The optional Tip Jar unlocks nothing.

Is Push a medical app?

No. Push is a general wellness feature, not a substitute for professional medical judgment, does not account for existing conditions or medications.

Push is free on the App Store, for iPhone and Apple Watch.
