Troubleshooting
Most problems come down to Health access, a watch that was not worn overnight, or a setting on your iPhone.
No score, or everything is empty
- Check Health access: Health app › Sharing › Apps › Push, and turn everything on.
- Make sure your watch was on your wrist overnight and recorded sleep in Health.
- Your first score needs seven nights. See Your first week.
- Pull down on Today to refresh.
Wrist temperature is always empty
Turn on Sleep Focus. Your watch only records wrist temperature while it is on, and not every model records it. It never affects your score either way.
Blood oxygen is missing
Apple Watch SE does not record it, and other watches may not record it every night. Push scores with the signals that did record, so your score is still complete.
The watch shows no score
- Open Push on your iPhone once, so it can send the score.
- If your iPhone restarted, unlock it once.
- Keep the watch near your iPhone and tap Check Again, or the refresh button.
Coach does not chat
Chat needs iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence turned on, in a supported language, with Coach Chat on in You › Preferences. Coach tells you which one is missing, and still answers from your data meanwhile.
Reminders do not arrive
Check iPhone Settings › Notifications › Push. Reminders are also off by default: turn them on in You › Preferences › Reminders.
Push is a general wellness feature, not a substitute for professional medical judgment, does not account for existing conditions or medications.
