Biological Age
Biological Age describes how your fitness numbers compare with published figures for different ages. It is an estimate, not a clinical measure, not a test result, and not a statement about your health.
What goes into it
- Cardio fitness (VO2 max)
- Resting heart rate
- Heart rate variability
- Sleep
- Walking speed
Cardio fitness is taken from your recent readings rather than a single one, because single readings vary. If a signal is missing, the estimate uses the others.
When it shows
- Push needs a few of these signals before it shows an estimate, so no single reading can decide it.
- It needs your age, read from Health.
- The screen says how many signals were used, so you know how much to read into it.
Push is a general wellness feature, not a substitute for professional medical judgment, does not account for existing conditions or medications.
