Energy and Recovery

Push gives you two numbers on the same 0 to 100 scale. Recovery is set by the night and stays fixed. Energy starts from it and moves with your day, and its curve shows the path from when you woke to now.

On Today

  • Today opens on Energy. Swipe the top section between Energy, Recovery, Sleep and Strain.
  • Each number carries the band it belongs to, never the other one's.
  • The Apple Watch app has the same pages.

The Energy curve

  • A curve from when you woke to now, worked out with the same rules as the score, so it always ends on the number on the arc.
  • A dashed line marks your Recovery Score, the ceiling the curve never crosses.
  • Workouts are marked with their activity, and naps are shaded.
  • Touch and drag along the curve to read the score at any time of day.

Push is free on the App Store, for iPhone and Apple Watch.
