Your first week
Push compares every night with your own recent nights. Until it has seen enough of them, any score would be a guess, so it waits.
What Today shows until then
- A No Score Yet card with a count of the nights collected so far.
- What is already in Health, marked as not part of your score.
- Two next steps: wear your watch overnight, and turn on Sleep Focus.
After seven nights
Your first score arrives, and Push keeps learning your usual as more nights come in. A signal that has only just started recording joins the score once Push has seen enough of it.

Questions
Why seven nights?
A baseline built from fewer nights produces confident-looking numbers that mean very little. Seven is the least Push will trust.
Does Push read nights from before I installed it?
Yes. If your watch already recorded sleep in Health, Push uses those nights, so your first score can arrive sooner.
Push is a general wellness feature, not a substitute for professional medical judgment, does not account for existing conditions or medications.
