Stress
Health has no stress measurement and neither does your watch. Push works out a daytime curve from your heart rate. It is a wellness signal, not a measurement, and never a diagnosis.
What the curve shows
- Your heart rate through the waking day, against your own resting rate.
- Close to your resting rate reads calm. Well above it reads higher. Lower is calmer.
- A curve appears once there are enough readings across the day.
- Gaps are left as gaps, never filled in.
Eased by HRV
Some people's heart rate naturally swings more than others'. Once Push knows your overnight heart rate variability, it eases the curve so you do not read as permanently stressed.
Push is a general wellness feature, not a substitute for professional medical judgment, does not account for existing conditions or medications.
