Siri, Shortcuts and Control Center
Push answers Siri without opening, and its shortcuts work from Siri, the Shortcuts app, Spotlight and the Action button. Nothing to set up.
| Shortcut | Try saying | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Recovery Score | What's my Recovery Score in Push | Siri says your score and band, and what it was this morning if the day has moved it. |
| Sleep Score | How did I sleep in Push | Last night's Sleep Score and time asleep. |
| Strain | What's my strain in Push | Today's strain so far. |
| Open Today | Open Today in Push | Opens Push on Today. |
| Open Vitals | Open Vitals in Push | Opens the Vitals tab. |
| Open Coach | Open Coach in Push | Opens Coach. |
You can say on Push as well as in Push. All six are in the Shortcuts app, ready to add to your own shortcuts or to the Action button.
Control Center
The Recovery Score control shows your score in Control Center, on the Lock Screen or on the Action button, and opens Today when tapped. See iPhone widgets.
Always today's number
- Siri reads the same score your widgets show, without opening Push.
- If there is no score for today yet, Siri says so and gives your last one with its day. It never passes an old number off as today's.
- While sample data is on, Siri says so and gives no figure.
