What you need
Push works out your score from what your Apple Watch records overnight. It needs an iPhone, an Apple Watch you wear to bed, and access to Apple Health.
| Device | Minimum |
|---|---|
| iPhone | iOS 18 or later |
| Apple Watch | watchOS 10 or later (Apple Watch Series 4 and later, and SE) |
| Coach chat | iOS 26 and an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. Without it, Coach still answers from your data. See Coach. |
Wear it overnight
The score is built from the night. If your watch is not on your wrist while you sleep, there is no night to score, and Push says so rather than guessing.
Not every watch records every signal
Push does not decide what your watch can do from its model name. It looks at what actually arrives in Health, and scores with whatever is there.
- Blood oxygen is not available on Apple Watch SE, and some watches do not record it every night. When it is missing, Push scores with the signals that did record.
- Wrist temperature needs a watch that records it and Sleep Focus turned on. It is shown, never scored.
- You › Your Watch shows how many of the six signals your watch is recording.
Push is a general wellness feature, not a substitute for professional medical judgment, does not account for existing conditions or medications.
